Legendary Porto Hotel

The staff were incredibly nice and consistently courteous day and night.

Well, no milk.

It was an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff was decent, kept everything fairly clean and very clean. We were in a prime location around 10-15 minutes walk from an iconic metal bridge.

It's my first option in Porto, thank you. Efficient and patient staff who were always there to help.

The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with an excellent value and helpful staff.

The place is fairly clean and reasonably priced. Functional and huge units with a balcony.

Our stay there was relaxing. The venue was beautiful historical, we loved the location close to Sao Bento train station in old town centre, and lake views. A wide range of food at breakfast, including croissants, toast, breads, cakes and pastries. Reasonably priced hotel with an impeccable service.

the whole place was fairly clean, i liked it, and had very good staff and location. actually everything was really good, my next choice again in porto.

Facility was tidy and modern. Room was regular double and completely renovated, included tidy bathroom. Had super breakfasts except for bacon. The venue provided a bar in the reception.

The personnel was always peaceful, very early check-in, plus the service was very good. I loved the food, it was pleasant and local. It was nice to have a bar in the lobby.

Perfect location for my purpose, fairly clean place. Spacious rooms, nice hot breakfast.

Perfectly nice & tidy place, brilliant staff. I appreciated having iron/ironing board and suitable soundproofing. Plenty of food at English breakfast including bread, cakes, fresh fruit, eggs and croissants to order. In front of the train station, easy walk to shops and main shopping street. Convenient check-in and special service. Everything was beautiful as always.

It was definitely 3 stars for me: English breakfast and spacious bed. The staff was so INFORMATIVE.

The bathroom was not so clean.

The whole experience was outstanding, no complaints, can recommend. Staff were attractive, so I really enjoyed my being there. Breakfast was marvelous - lots of food and alcoholic drinks. I had access to good parking, clean pool.

Communication was challenging, wifi was very poor.

Attentive staff and top location, perfect for me. Comfy bed in king room with climate control, coffee and free wireless internet access. Hotel was conveniently located and had a bright decor. It was also at the center of the town. Late check-out too;))

Queen room had all necessary amenities. We found nice Cafe Santiago nearby with hot beverages.
